Rick brings 20 years of business management experience with him to The Firm Real Estate. Working for large and small companies has given rick the unique ability to listen to peoples needs and overcome obstacles to achieve results. Experience has helped him develop his negotiation skills that have proven essential to his effectiveness in the real estate industry. Living in 4 different states and moving 11 times has given him the aptitude to anticipate potential problems ensuring a smooth buying and selling process for his clients.

Rick earned a BA Degree from Emory & Henry College in Virginia and is a Navy veteran. He lives in Mooresville with his wife and daughter who is a student in the Iredell-Statesville School system. Rick's family loves the Lake Norman area and plans to make it their home for a long time.
