WHY LIST YOUR HOME?

              By listing your home you are giving;

              agents to assist in the sale.  Our publishing on the MLS will make

              that happen.

·       Some Un-Qualified Buyers will drive by homes that are "FOR SALE  

         by Owner" and go in just to look around

·       Pre-Qualification Letter by a financing company are required so we

        don't waste your time
